Here is a great dessert to embrace 2025! Inside you will find a fruity Pear purée with pieces of fresh pear, delicious Speculoos cremeux, Almonds Moelleux cake (financier style) with Vanilla/Pear syrup. A crunchy Biscoff base biscuit wrapped into a Refreshing Diplomate Vanilla cream glazed with Sparkly Gold glazing.

Ingredients: Pear Puree: fruits, syrup, lemon,Vanilla, Pectin. Speculoos Cremeux: cream, milk, sugar, yolk, Biscoff, Gelatine. Moelleux cake; sugar, butter, eggs, almonds, flour, rum. Biscoff biscuit: flour, sugar, butter, corn flour, spices. Diplomate Cream: cream, milk, eggs, sugar, corn flour, butter, vanilla.

Size is for 8/10 people

The log can be store in the fridge from picking day + 1 day. If you like to keep it longer please store in the freezer straight from pick up. Release the log from the freezer and place it in the fridge until you serve it. Allow Half day for the log to defrost.
