Black Pudding

Ingredients:  Pork blood, pork fat, onions, fresh cream, salt, herbs and spices.

Our cooking idea:

This sausage called Boudin Noir in French can be simply grilled, slowly fried in butter or oven-baked, with a bit of mustard or with a wine sauce.

It would be perfect with vegetables such as mashed potatoes and apple puree.
