Celebrate 2026 with an indulgent chocolate creation of 2.5kg: an unctuous 72% dark chocolate crémeux, enrobed in smooth chocolate mousse, resting on an almond praline croustillant kissed with fleur de sel. Coated in a dark chocolate rocher glaze, finished with toasted almonds and delicate gold pearls.

Ingredients:

72% chocolate, 56% chocolate, cream, milk, sugar, egg yolk, sea salt flakes, almond, white chocolate, corn flakes, praline, gelatine, water, almond powder, butter, egg whites, icing sugar, flour, salt, canola oil.

Size is for 8/10 people
