Our artisanal products are all naturally preserved, they can be conserved at room temperature for up to 3 years. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days.
Our cooking idea:
The Block of Foie Gras: Made into a fine paste, to savour and enjoy to your hearts content... Why resist it ? It is to be spread on toasted bread or brioche serve a glass of sweet white wine, such as Sauternes, Monbazillac or Jurançon.
