Duck & Orange MINI Pate Croute

Ingredients: Duck meat, duck liver, pork fat, orange zest, madeira wine, brandy, garlic, salt, spices, herbs. Dough: Flour, butter, water, eggs, salt, sugar.

Minimum order is 250g (about 12-16 slices) - Not sliced.

Whole piece is 1.5kg (about 45 slices)

This product called Pate en Croute will be perfect for your grazing platter or as an entrée. Best served on its own or with a green salad.
